2009:Products I Can’t Live Without

After I read through the 2009 product list at TechCrunch, I like to list my “2009: Products I Can’t Live Without” as the below:

1.Gmail

I have been used to open my Gmail account and hooked there and keep in touch with my world. I can not imagine that I lost my Gmail.

2.Google Reader

One years ago I was using this to read feeds. All my regular website/blog reading is done in Google Reader. If I had to only choose one, this might be it. I’ve become a complete and total Google Reader addict.

3.Firefox

I like to use Firefox for common Internet browsing and keep IE for those sites that are not compatible with Firefox. This brings security and convenience to me.

4.Twitter

Last year I have heard about microblogging service Twitter. Now, I check it multiple times per day.I mostly access Twitter through Firefox Add-ons called Twitterfox.I like to use Twitter because it’s very crisp and short.

5.LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a SNS which is very professional. Last year I heard this from my classmate Jeffrey. Now he is in HP.Further I like to rely on the discussion and answers from the community there. They are real people, many senior people there. I like it better than Facebook and Kaixin.

6.Friendfeed

It’s a microblogging and activity aggregating service, only officially launched in February 2008. I use the service daily, like Twitter, Friendfeed is a good place to find breaking news on a variety of topics, and it’s become a must have service.

7.Blogger

My public blog on Blogger.I see it more as the gmail-version of blogs.I like it.

8.Picasa

Picasa is a web-based picture collections.I often share some funny photos with others through it.

Why not share yours?
